Person who shares their dubious musical taste in public via a portable blue tooth speaker, usually a Camo JBL Flip worn on a shoulder strap. Ignorant to their surroundings, that their might be other music playimg, to the volume control or the appropriateness of the lyrics to their 'audience'

Dimitri was sure his drill music played extremely loudly on his over sized portable bluetooth speaker would bring the party to a 10am bus ride. What a 'fliptwat' thought the other passengers.
