These people are mainly kids who are spoiled or don't go outside and do useless shit so they suck at everything that involves sports, grades, etc. But also it is used to goof off with your friends every time something happens that doesn't go your way. However if you say it in your real voice and not a little kid voice while saying it in these exact pronunciations. Then you'll get bullied
