I spent three hours trying to connect to Comcast and then suddenly the Internet Fairies smiled upon me.

A Japanese fashion style that mixes elements from Decora and Lolita styles, but with an eighties twist. A fan measured his picture with a ruler and he was 13cm.

Then they all started calling him that.
