Quite literally, someone who is happy doing what they're doing, or has just had a happy experience.
If you're not a happy camper, then you've just had a bad experience.

I went to sleep-away camp in the 1960's-1970's, and this was an old expression counselors used back then. They'd ask us kids, "Are you all happy campers?" to check with us that we were OK. It was a situational rhyme.

A move done in Halo games and Cock of Duty "Call of Duty" games. A sack of shit who sits and waits for someone to come by and he kills them. 80% of campers masturbate while waiting and for someone to walk by. Most are eating fast food items off their belly while laying on the couch. If they aren't camping then they are standing in the open for all to see and will get killed costing their team the game. No one knows the real truth behind this standing out in the open not doing anything but some experts believe it's due to them taking a break from the game so they can use their banana fingers to dip a french fry in some ketchup, bbq sauce, or straight up jizz. It is estimated 50% of campers rock the foundations of their home whenever taking a shit. Also, it is estimated 75 to 80% wear helmets while eating breakfast fast food and while sleeping.

Wow this camper is an asshole who won't actually go around and earn his kills me actually doing something.

Any number of random occurrences incidents, or mishaps that take place during a camping trip (usually as a result of massive alcohol consumption).

Ken burnt a hole in his pants while jumping over the campfire to get another beer out of the cooler. We just chalked it up to campenstance.

chronic camper

I came up with the term "chronic camper" for those noob gamers who like to camp round after round on CS, Call of Duty and any other FPS. Chronic suggesting that there constant camping is like an illness.

Call them "CC's" for short.

Friend 1: "Oh man, I was playing Call of Duty 4 last night and some noob just kept camping and it took me 3 attempts to get him".

Friend 2: "Yeah dude, fucking chronic campers".
