A place inside Target Stores where people with manners of a slopped hogs go to order and eat food.Then after eating mess is just left behind,including food that Target does not sell.Shopping carts are used to block entire isles of tables so other Target Guests cannot get in or out of them.Children of Target Guests are allowed to scream and throw food,and also given permission to run their greasy fingers all over the windows.Over filled Icee drinks litter the countertops and floors
