cLutch EH

Gaming alias of Marvin Sanchez, a professional gamer from Oakville, Ontario, Canada competing in Major League Gaming. He is most known for his days during Call of Duty 4 (Xbox360), in which he was discussed amongst the best in North America, and was considered one of the best Canadian players. He was formerly endorsed by Red Bull.

After COD4, he continued to play MW2 and later moved to Black Ops, but never found the same success he once had with COD4. He announced his retirement via Twitter in Spring of 2011, but had stated a possible return for MW3.

He is previously known for being a professional Counter-Strike 1.6 and Source player, as well as a former employee of CEVO where he was the Head of Division for CS:S Main.

drop the clutch

A racing technique used for launching manual-transmission cars, consisting of pushing in the clutch pedal, putting the car in gear, revving with the gas pedal to your desired launch point, and then instantly releasing the clutch pedal. This causes the full power of the car to instantly go to the wheels, often overpowering traction and causing the wheels to spin (burnout!)

In racing, this is how you launch the car at the beginning of the race . It causes a lot of wear-and-tear on the transmission, though.

Clutch

On manual transmissions, the clutch is a mechanical device--operated by the clutch pedal--that engages and disengages the engine from the transmission so that you can change gears, idle without moving, etc. It generally consists of a clutch disc, a pressure plate, and a flywheel.

Dennis pushed in the clutch pedal as he shifted from third to fourth gear.

Camel Clutch

The pro-wrestling move used by the Iron Sheik in 70s and 80s. The opponent would be laying on their stomach on the ground, and the Iron Sheik would sit on their back, clutch the opponents chin with both hands locked together, and pull back in hopes of submission. The Iron Sheik famously defeated champion Bob Backlund with this move and Hulk Hogan was the first to break the hold and went on to win the title from the Iron Shiek.

"Yo, if you see Hogan break the camel clutch and ram the Sheik against the turnbuckle?"

Clutch God

Commonly referred to as a person whos actions clutches/wins a game for the team without otherwise would have resulted in a loss. Used majorly in videogames like Call of Duty, Halo and League of Legends but is also used in sports. The ultimate compliment to someone who gave 110% for the win.

"I can't believe he just hit that buzzer beater, what a clutch god!"
"Did he just 1 vs 9 that game of SnD?!
Clutch God!"
