Beelzebub

A term used often by Puritans of the 17th and 18th century America.
Puritans also referred to Satan as Lucifer, Lord of the flies (if one could fly, they were a witch, therefore the one who lords over those who fly), Old Scratch, and some other sparingly used referrences.
