When an organization or a collection of organizations or people will go out of their way to avoid paying for another person or organisation's expenses. Including intervening in the law, labour contracts. Even going as far as placing people in positions where they have to sue for remediation but cant afford it with no recourse.

The typical avoider will live with someone vulnerable to their alleged plight and leech off them, creating a manipulative, abusive and/or at least parasitic relationship that loops each time a solution is suggested.
Avoiders become aggressive when advice is given to them, no matter how convenient or simple, as anyone with a differing view or options is painted as not trying to understand them but causing more stress instead.
