To make someone or something your "Waifu".

This can be a term used to describe someone making a certain anime girl into their Waifu.

OR
It could mean someone marrying their Quote on Quote "Waifu".

I waifued 'insert name here' yesterday, since they are my f a v o r i t e anime girl :3

Waifubait

A female character from an anime or manga made solely to pander towards male viewers for more profit. The shows these "waifu's" come from are mostly boring and below average romance animes that wouldn't have as much success if it wasn't for the likeness of their female characters.

ZeroTwo and Mai are the definitions of waifubait. Darling in the Franxx and bunny girl senpai are both garbage and hard to watch through without falling asleep. The only reason their popular is because of the horny and socially inept teenage boys who simp for the female mc's.

If youre friends with a weeb, you probably hear this phrase often. A waifu can be a human or an anime character. Waifus are usually attractive, and are ones "best girl" . Real life waifus are what weebs call their girlfriends/platonic lovers.

Teenage Waif

Any of several teenagers seen sitting on the side walk, loitering in a park, generally hanging around in public places at all hours as if they have no home. They often travel in groups, and pool their money to buy snacks. They ussually have distinctive fashon senses, and sometimes wealthy parents whom they reject, or who have cut them off. These beautiful children of the streets need little to survive- only each others company.

Today I saw a bunch of hot kids wandering around santa monica. They didnt have purses or shopping bags, and they are there all the time, so I assumed they were teenage waifs.

Sarah didnt get a job, and her mom wouldn't give her money, so she decided to join the teenage waifs for the summer and sit around the park all day.
