Get the Transphobemug. A person who is sick of narcissistic mentally unwell men gaslighting people to try to make it socially acceptable to abuse women and children, because they delusionally believe that they are women (or mentally unwell women who delusionally believe they are men).
Mary is transphobe because she is tired of being gas lighted into believing that men can believe themselves to be women and she has to accept it or be a transphobe.

Get the Transphobemug. Contrary to what that other person said, the term Transphobic Excommunication would make more sense if the individual being 'excommunicated' was a transphobe who didn't fit in with the (left-wing) values and ideals of a community or mainstream society at large.
Tom faced transphobic excommunication when he posted a meme in a discord community that had an implicit transphobic message (i.e. he got kicked out of the server).
