If you know someone with these symptoms and they don’t sleep and somehow are fine the next day then diagnose them with toosier syndrome.

DAEMON TOOLS

A powerful little tool that helps in emulating .ISO and other image formats (.cue, etc.) into a virtual directory. That means you can pirate stuff and install applications, games and others without much effort.

I downloaded The Sims 2 complete package with all it's expansions, and I needed to use DAEMON TOOLS to make a ".iso" file within it install the bloody thing.
