A term used in the popular Youtube live streaming channel, GT live. It means the time in which the sprinklers turn on. It was made so that the hosts, Matthew Patrick and Stephanie Patrick wouldn't forget to check whether their sprinklers were on or not.

Steph: It's Sprinkler time.
Mat: I'll check if the sprinklers are on!

Basically the same as paddling the pink canoe, except this would be an exceptionally stinky one. The aroma may be reminiscent of rotting fish or salami.

Gosh, every time Doris comes back from the rest room, it smells like stink-finger. I think she goes there to paddle the stink canoe a lot.
