A condition when you take something intended to wake you up (caffeine, energy drink, etc) at the same time you take something intended to calm you down or put you to sleep (adderall, sleeping pills).

Your body ends up feeling very sleepy/sluggish while your mind is usually racing and awake. Not a fun experience.

I took a 5 hour energy and benadryl and ended up slowfasting.
