The most insufferable human being on the planet at any given point in time; as such, the title passes from person to person as circumstances change, much like the Asshole in the drinking game of the same name. By definition, one can be "the" suckhole, but not "a" suckhole.

Bill: I can't believe you burned your house down on the same day your cat had kittens and your grandmom died.
