Resinous Cascade

When you run out of pot and harvest the resin inside your pipe to get high off of, and continue to harvest the resin of the resin when you run out again. This creates a dimensional rift where you are never really high, but you definitely don't feel normal.

"Man, ever since my dealer got busted I've been stuck in this resinous cascade."

"I feel like shit ever since I got caught in that resinous cascade last week. I can't breath and I've got a migraine."

In the drum and bass scene, the DJ's practice of replaying a record that has been enthusiastically received by the audience. Spectators "call for a rewind" by holding cigarette lighters in the air; if there is enough demand, the DJ will spin the record backward and play it from the beginning.

The crowd loved that track so much that I had to do three rewinds.

ARF (Angry Resting Face)

Term used to describe the angry-looking facial expression that one instinctively makes when s/he is resting, zoned out, or not actively engaged in a conversation. Someone with an angry resting face may be unfairly perceived as cold or aloof. An effective remedy for an ARF is to learn to "smile with your eyes."

Resting Smug Face

We've all heard of resting bitch face, and I think we all know what it means. We would like to recognize other resting faces: people who just can't help but look a certain way without even trying. Our first is resting smug face: someone who just looks smug unless they're trying to look another way, like angry or amused.
