to smoke bongs at a constant speed until all the weed has been smoked.

Origins: the phrase was passed on by the word of mouth amongst the ancient bongheads of the Oceanic region, it reffered to the steady "punching" smoking of marijuana cones (bowls), through the use of devices such as the water pipe (bong).

2. Sentence: "Fuck look at Nath he's steady punchin those cones."
