Also is sometimes used to show someone who associates them self with black culture.

When someone only focuses on how athletic they are. They go through a stage where they feel like trying out for every sport in their school. If they make it, they think they're the coolest person in the school. But then they fail at it, and look like a fool...(preferably for black people)
