Something people in Orange County and other parts of Southern California always seem to stay in, and expect everyone else to stay in theirs all the time.

That guy just crossed the white line and came right over into the same lane as you, since neither of you own it. If you want to tell him to fuck off like people once did, when are you going to start doing it without reaching in your glovebox or calling 5 or 6 guys from Compton or Inglewood to try and make him get back in his lane for you? That is society getting softer and softer on an indivual, personal basis, where it all starts before becoming a society wide problem.
