A self-proclaimed expert on a subject he/she has absolutely no idea about, yet uses an unsuspecting and gullible paying customer for shit-tons of their money while doing nothing but drinking beer and contemplating nonsense, justifying the insane amount of time it takes him/her to fix something that should be a matter of minutes with the complicated procurement of spare parts.

Hackfrauds can be found in all layers of society causing major delays in construction projects and ridiculous dimensions of public spending - tax payer money that might as well have been flushed down the toilet.

The hackfrauds who screwed up the Berlin Airport were never held accountable.

Plinkett got milked by these hackfrauds for more than ten years.

Hackensack

Hackensack is a city in Bergen County New Jersey about 10 miles west of New York City. Although Hackensack feels like its damn near Newark because of its high minority population, it's not. Bergen County is mainly white while hackensack might be one of the most mixed places by race in the country. The city has about 43,000 people and it's demographic make up is around 40% white, 25% black, 26% Hispanic, 6% asian, 10% other, and 1% Native Amercan.

Hackberry Hammer

The Texas Hold 'em starting hand 7-5 suited.

Although the specific reason why the hand was named for the small Cameron Parish town on LA-27, the name is said to have been initially made popular both at the Lake Charles Isle of Capri poker room and in several homegame circles in Southwest Louisiana and Southeast Texas.

A weaker, speculative hand that is beleived by most to only be profittable in certain situations, such as many players to an unraised pot, and in late position, the Hackberry Hammer will rarely find glory on the felt. Regardless, the novelty value of the ambiguous nickname at least gives some players a second thought when peering down at the 7c5c, 7s5s, 7h7h, or 7d7d.

I snuck in off the big blind with the Hackberry Hammer and managed to boat up when the flop spewed a pleasant 7, 7, 5

Hack-A-Shaq

In the NBA, a strategy teams use against NBA player Shaquille O'Neal when they're losing late in the game by putting him at the free throw line, where he is notoriously known as a poor free throw shooter, in the hopes that he misses one or two so they can get back in the game. Another variation is the "Hack-A-Ben", or using the same strategy as described above for Pistons center Ben Wallace, who is also known as a very poor free throw shooter.

The Pistons tried the Hack-A-Shaq but their comeback attempt failed, and they lost the game by 3.
