Guilt Trip
It refers to that random wave of guilt or self-blame that hits you unexpectedly, often without any solid reason.
It's like your brain pulling up receipts from 2012 to ruin your mood in 2025.
I invented "GT" when I realised how often I’d randomly get hit by a guilt trip for the smallest things — like not replying to a text for 3 hours or eating something without sharing it with someone sitting next to me. It felt too dramatic to say “I’m overthinking” and too casual to say “I feel bad,” so I started saying, “bro I’m having a GT.”
It stuck. Now whenever something mildly emotionally chaotic happens and my brain decides to turn it into an existential crisis, I just say “GT mode activated.”
It’s short, dramatic, and honestly — very Gen Z.

Get the :> mug.A herd/clan of students that tend to be extremely lazy, slacking on homework and peer pressuring themselves into not doing the work but somehow able to exceed other students. GT standing for Gifted and Talented, the label given to them when they were actually consistent in doing homework. Many of the GT Nerds have strange disorders, such as ShawnDeClaude, or Randomosis. All extremely devious in their own ways with the ablility to get away with not doing homework and sexy dancing in the middle of class. All in all, extremely sexy.

And sometime after Nissan merged with Prince Motor that they further developed the car and gave it its GT-R status. The R32 to R34 series as most people associate the name "Skyline GT-R" to. As Skyline enthusiast will know, the Skyline GTR is a car of potential. One of the features that the Skyline GT-R is most known about is its ATTESA-ETS system. This system combines the best of FR and AWD to give the car the best handling and speed. In which case the word "GT-R" mean Grand Tour Racing and is a title only given to the most powerful of cars.
