A person (normally applied to masculine humans, and pets, and less so for females) who believes, in their tiny little warped minds, that they are doing something amazing and a good deed for society but are, in actual fact, being a complete and utter arsewank.

Unemployed middle-class nobody: "Today I am going to glue myself to the M25, one of the busiest motorways on the planet, because I want my loft insulated for free"
