A term originating in 80s Staffordshire, UK that refers to a person that appears or acts like a poor person. It can also be used to refer to an item that looks cheap or poor quality.

That new kid smells and he's got hand-me-down Quicksave trainers. He's well cuffy.

Wearing trousers that pull up so tightly in the crotch that the chuff will be liable to suffocate (particularly if the trousers in question are of the man made variety).

An ironically bad insult that is aimed at another individual for humourous reasons. Usually this word is used to relate to an idiotic/stupid person.

e.g. 'Stop stealing my chips you chuff cake!'

e.g. 'Stop spilling your juices on me you chuff cake'
