Hecho un coñaso a mi rodilla cuando he caido. I hurt my knee when I fell.
Sarcastically, I was told when I asked a guy while backing up my car how much room I had, "No te preocupas, el coñaso te aviso!" don't worry, the smash will tell you.
Neither translates well and I'm not sure if my grammar was correct but I laughed my balls off when I heard both.

"This guy is about to sign up, big deal coming through, $5k+, excited for this one"
... nothing happens by end of day....never mentioned again
