Yeah, it SOUNDS good but do you seriously think for a second that the workers aren't paying for it on the back-end?

Then it's probably fine. But if you just want some full-time employment where you can collect some benefits without breaking your back, then, then it's kind of shit. I mean, scheduling conflicts have eaten up ALL of my tardiness-points at my other job so I HAVE suffered some material damages to my reputation and- OH! WAIT! Did I forget to mention the imposed schizophrenia?"
