While occupying the passenger seat of a vehicle; the act of placing ones foot, usually the right, on the dashboard of the vehicle for no apparent reason. It is most commonly practiced by the female; but on rare occasions, some males indulge in the practice. One must imagine it is a sympathetic or learned response in those rare cases
