Methane and sulfur compounds

Methane and sulfur compounds are stuff that comes out of your butt. It's basically a fart. The methane is the loud part of the fart, while the sulfur compounds are the stinky part. The more sulfur compounds it has, the stinkier the fart.

A turd so big it cannot be flushed. Often the size of a meatloaf, it can be attributed to the use or abuse of opiates.

It wasn't a contest, but no one would admit to dropping the methadone baby at rehab.

A synthetic opiate intended to replace opiate based prescriptions or street drugs, so that an individual can be slowly weaned off and avoid withdrawal symptoms.
Often used as a fix between fixes. Its not uncommon for an addict to be on methadone and still using they're drug of choice.

The doctor put me on methadone because I'm having trouble getting of my meds for my back.
