Facebreaks are usually short breaks where an employee has a quick look at their Facebook page or to post a Status Update.
Work Colleague: "Hey Amy, please join us in the conference room for a quick meeting."

Amy: "Sure thing, I'm on a FaceBreak but I'll be there in a couple of minutes."
