A guy who if made fun of will fart diarrhea foam into the persons mouth, his ball smell like dog shit and old tit milk. He can overcome any situation he is dealt usually by doing something disgusting like jamming his finger down his throat and puking into a funnel he somehow managed to ram into his dickhole, he also like to say ram and jam, be aware if you hear those words closely together.

A term refering to anything or anyone who is or will in the future become heinously fat or ugly.
May refer to a person with a smaller than average sized penis. The smallest and worst one of a group of things.
A guy who can't sexually please a woman. Also may have a reputation for getting used by women.
A Joe is one who has detiorated with time and age and has become even worse than when they were born.
In reference to a person who is originally ugly but shocks you by getting even uglier with time and age.

Extremely gifted with the women kind, though he will likely deny it, if you ask him. Although he has done some regretable stuff himself, Joe is honest.
