A term first coined by Martin Keatings in his 2011paper "Fundamental reformation of societal norms for state care workers".
An alternate and less pejorative terminology for "unpaid carers", recognising unpaid carers as a vital part of the health and social care workforce.
The only way to combat this stigma is to make individuals, who are State Care Workers (SWC's), indistinguishable from their private and public sector counterparts.

“SWCCs operate at the highest standard to achieve incredible physical feats of violence and conquest through sheer machismo, expertise with high performance speed boats, and high powered automatic firearms. Known for being very sexually adept, most circumstances find them surrounded by many busty bombshells when not riding the hate train into enemy rivers. If you can’t crash it, shoot it, fuck it, or drink it, it’s not for us.”
