The opposite of procrastinating. Doing things that you need to get done as early as possible in order to free up time for future shenanigans, tom foolery, and lollygagging.
Paul was concrastinating his essay due on friday because he knew there was a ripper at ski house thursday night, and he wanted to rage!

A person that complains about having to get something done. Which cause them to not get that same thing done.
