negroloid - A person who is both black, and chooses to speak, write or act mentally retarded, but is not a retarded person.

A Mexifornia word. It combines the Spanish word for black with loid, taken from the word mongoloid.

When exchanging a racialy malicious joke unknowingling in the presence of a particular race/person whom would take offence to it.

Bill says "Hey Shady (insert joke). Get it?"

Shady says "Ahhh that black guy just heard you man. That was a Negroidian Slip!"
