Nonger 

A 'silly' person. It is used as a more harsh form of 'idiot' but not quite as offensive as implying they have some form of mental retardation. It is a mild level insult basically.

Dillan: Do you want cheese or ham in your sandwich?

Jack: Cheese please.

(Dillan puts ham in the sandwich)

Jack: (Upon realising there is ham in the sandwich) Oh Dillan you nonger.

Nonger 

1. A less harsh word for fuckwit, dick, idiot, and all other offensive terms refering to someone who is being silly.
It is also a less serious term, therefore sounding less offensive, and because of the ridiculous sound of the word, it can be taken more lightly.

2. Can be used to refer to the male's genital

E.g. 1
Boy "Did you know I can skull a whole sack of goon in five minutes?"
Girl "That's not even cool, you nonger!"

E.g. 2
Girl "Did you see how big his nonger was?"

A completely worthless conversation, wherein nothing is illuminated, explained or otherwise elaborated upon. Typically occurs at parties, bars or other events where meaningful conversation is nearly impossible.

Smith: What a waste of time it is talking to that guy.

Jones: I know, every time I do, it's like a complete nonversation.

nonner 

Shortened form of Non Sortie Producing Motherfucker. Term created by the "working" side of the U.S. Air Force. A sortie is one take-off and landing of an aircraft. Those that don't work on the flightline do not produce sorties and are thus labelled nonners.

Son, I counted batteries in a box on a shelf. If there aren't 12 batteries in that box, it's my job to tell someone about it.

Nogger is an icecream from the icecompany Algida. There are a lot of different noggers such as the black nogger and the classic nogger.

You can also use nogger as a racial slur
