A Canadian Let's Player. He is famous for his Let's Plays of The Binding of Isaac. He is also bald, leading people to call him an egg.

I was watching Northernlion play The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth last night. He had the D6 but didn't reroll the Butter Bean. He's such an egg.

The Northernlion Effect 

Watching someone struggle and try to incorrectly solve / play / use a simple puzzle / game / item for so long, that you get enraged and obtain the same puzzle / game / item just to solve it, just to satisfy your need for the easier solution, which you figured out while watching the person.

"Holy crap, I was watching Northernlion play 'Baba Is You' and he just would not GET how easy it is to solve that level, so I just gave up and bought the game myself and beat it."
"Yeah dude, I almost broke my screen, screaming the answer at him, and got the game too."
