A friendly greeting, often used in Nottinghamshire, which can leave people not from the Midlands a bit puzzled the first time they hear it.
“Ey up me duck, y’alreet?” (Hello, are you well?)
“Aye, grand. Y’rsel’?” (Yes, I’m fine. How are you?)

Sling One Up Me 

The phrase "sling one up me" is used be drunken females from a working class background when discussing a fit bloke.

Not often used in the work place this phrase is used between groups of females as a euphemism for sexual intercourse.
