It's slang for what the drug dealers from Rio de Janeiro do with the police informants (or X9) and his enemies. They put a person into a pile of tires, they throw some kind of fuel, and then they set fire on you.
As you must know; it is a horrible way to die!

Traficante: "Seu X9 filho da puta, tu vai pular no microondas!"

Drug Dealer: "You mother fucker police informant, you'll die burning in fire!"

A being who is obsessed with pug dogs, these "Puglords" are usually: loud, obnoxious, and very argumentative. Puglords have very big egos and the belief that pugs are the best creatures on the planet regardless of how wrong we all know they are. Common names for pug lords are: Dave, Bob, Carl, Conner, Jessica or Steve.

Pullaramos 

Pullaramos is when you are infamous for consistently doing something late or beyond the deadline. Not just being late once, but repeatedly and consistently, in that it's become an expectation. What makes this unique is when one does a pullaramos, it's always using the same excuses. It's the "Infamous pullaramos"

It's 2:04pm and we are still waiting for one last entry before we can proceed. Did Mike pullaramos again? Geez - ALRIGHT just this last time!
