When someone is pretending to be something they’re not. Can involve lying on social media/internet or lying in real life. Often used in a derogatory sense.

Derived from the original meaning of LARP, Live Action Role Play. When you say that someone is larping and you’re not talking about the literal game, you are saying that they are role-playing in their actual real life. Pretending to be rich, pretending to know about a topic, pretending to have a certain lifestyle, etc.

Lurking Murk 

This is a term of creepy, scary internet trolls, who live in their mothers basement. Usually fits those who use creepy eye avatars.
Did you see what that freaky Lurking Murk posted today? You know the one with the avatar of his/her eyes?
(v.) Walking unnaturally, with the right arm swinging forward simultaneously as the right leg bears weight, repeating with the left arm and leg and so on. This normally occurs during stressful moments when someone is nervous and asked to walk in front of an audience of their peers. The individual will overthink the task and lerp.
