To confuse matters, any level <1.9 is catagorized in the Arsehole catagory at Level 4 or above

I've met the people at my school that were the actual dickhead. As adults they're perfectuly normal people but I know they have just learned to conceal their inner cuntitude and if they needed to bust it out it's just simmering under the surface.
