A person who for some reason is unable to attain the highest possible level of status; usually caused by lack of skill. He or she will use up most of their time to conceive reasons and/or excuses for why they cannot reach the desired goal. Such people are looked down upon by peers, colleagues, and even family members.

Chastity Cage 

A cage made of plastic, silicone, metal, or another material that fully encompasses a penis. The cage is then locked so it can't be taken off without the key.
