Scraggle 

An individual that exudes entitlement but is undeniably scraggly. They typically do not understand the worth of second-hand goods, believing them to be worth more than they are out of convenience. In extreme cases, they may be deluded to a state of self importance and wiseacre. Often wear paint spattered or old clothes

Scraggle: Whatdaya mean? Im tryin to give you a deal bud! This is a classic HR195! Bud, Im an expert at these and I've got a friend in Essex who tunes them!

Scraggle 

Scraggle is a word used by stoners to describe a bit of bud that has mostly leaf, very little nodes and hardly any crystal. Scraggle can be found on the bottom of a plant where the bud was starved of light, and can also happen to the whole plant if it is under low wattage,old,or wrong spectrum of bulb, and you may get a scraggly buds through other growing problems too.
