A form of attention deficit disorder in which the afflicted individual must turn trivial and often mundane everyday events into gambling opportunities, often at significant financial cost to friends and work colleagues. The affliction is permanent. Etymology derived from obscure Australian journalist.

They then get added to the 'Scottism' book. Mainly added because they're funny and make people laugh unintentionally

Stoutism 

A Stoutism is a term used to describe an act or a phrase created off the cuff by someone with the Surname Stout. They are usually phrases used out of context or considered over the top or completely wrong by most ordinary people.
"Hey man did you see what Stephen Stout did last night"
"Yeah man! haha a total "stoutism"

Known stoutisms

1. "You fucking Nonce" (used as a response to basically anything you disagree with and completely out of context)
2. Sit Down (upon a headshot in a gaming environment)
3. Playniumed (To complete all achievements on a PS4 game)

A fake disability exploited only when convenient in situations to excuse one's careless or pathological behaviors. Often, it is used to avoid taking responsibility for one's own words or actions.
