Other variants of this game involve lethal amounts of drugs in a cup rather than guns.

Same as russian roulette, but used with an automatic pistol, instead of a revolver.

Polish Roulette 

A game similar to Russian Roulette, but played with an automatic pistol.

You load one or more rounds of ammunition into the clip of the pistol, and insert the clip. Then you pull the slide back and release it.

Of course, in an automatic pistol, this inevitably loads a round into the chamber and cocks the weapon, ensuring that the gun WILL go off when you pull the trigger.

Two Crips were playing a game of Polish Roulette, which is not a bad thing at all.
