An old school lover of real books who hates e-books and e-readers and would like to eradicate them all in a mass cyber-cleansing program and wipe them off the face of the planet forever. Liternazis consider those who utilize e-books as an inferior sub-species of the human race or perhaps not a variant at all but akin to predecessors of cyborgs.
e-book reader: "Get with it or get left behind. there won't even be any real books around soon to read anyway. If you had been alive when papyrus scrolls appeared you would have been fighting to keep clay tablets alive, you LITERNAZI"

liternazi: "Clay tablets only became harder and more durable in the fires of ancient times you cyber-moron. How many million scrolls burned up, you stupid android?"

ship name between rory gilmore and jess mariano from 'gilmore girls'. the actual definition of literati refers to those cultured and interested in literature. both rory and jess are big readers and it's something they often bond over.

literati is arguebly the best ship in the series and the most mistreated one as well. crazy chemistry. cheating trope. "i hate everyone in the world but you" trope. they deserved to be endgame and i will die on this hill.

A person who believes you should not have freedom of speech unless you completely agree with their "progressive," "PC," etc... opinion/agenda. Usually unable to distinguish between fact and opinion. Abhors any situation where they feel discriminated against yet have no problem discriminating against others; uses euphemisms to deny doing so.
I tried to have a discussion about the election but the Liberazi told me that my voice should not be heard because I was not a member of their marginalized group
