One whose asshole has far exceeded the regular hair to sphincter ratio. The enveloping pubic stingers accumulate to such an amount that it suiting to refer to them as a jungle.

The word "junglebunny" is used in modern day American English as a slur towards African Americans. The word today often discriminates against blacks who live in mostly white communities. The word used to represent the black people in "concrete jungles" (urban areas) who were scared of the police (bunnies)
