Sudden, involuntary removal of a man's swimming trunks; usually a result of diving into the water without securing the drawstring first.

drunkussion 

Possibly suffering a concussion while being extremely under the influence of alcohol. But you can't be sure it's a concussion because of how drunk you are.

When I left the bar last night I tripped and fell off the curb and hit my head on the street. I think I got a drunkussion.
