Whip-ty Nine 

Whip-ty Nine occurs when both members of a relationship are equally whipped. Much like sixty nine, both parties receive equal amounts of benefits and disadvantages simultaneously.

Neither person has the upper hand in the relationship in a Whip-ty Nine scenario. However, make no mistake; there is some serious whipping going on.
