A heavy guarded, concrete compound where criminals and lames are ordered to attend after breaking the law and to ruminate on the many failures of their schemes and/or heists. Slang term for prison.

Mom told me my Dad is attending Felony Camp after burglarizing the Quik-E Mart down the street.
