Especially funny when people with good marks say or do something incredibly stupid and retarded

George Bush has shown his inner stupidity so many times that it has become his external stupidity.

Inner monologue high

When you become so zooted (stoned) that you begin talk to yourself in the third person, while often creating imaginary people to have hypothetical conversations with. Essentially, you are having a conversation with multiple people that are within your mind discussing hypothetical situations that are often ridiculous and far-fetching.

Dude1: John, Look at that man cutting the grass! We need to stop him, he's murdering those blades of grass!

Pseudo-Dude2: Holy haberdashery John, you're right! He's a monster! Those poor blades of grass!

Pseudo-Dude3: Think about the baby grass blades! Watching their parents being gruesomely murdered and knowing that one day, they will be murdered too!

Dude1: Holy shit John, you're inner monologue high.

The part of the human psyche believed to help with feelings or premonitions that one is about to fall prey to a trap.

My wife asked me if I had a nice time at my Inlaws and my inner-Ackbar told me to change the subject.

Inner Suburb 

Used to define a suburb of a big city that shares borders with it and, thus, acts more like a neighborhood of the city rather than it's own community.

Inner suburbs tend to have more nightlife, independent stores, and overall fun things to do than most normal suburbs, though (obviously) usually still have much less than the actual city. They also tend to have at least one decent mode of transportation into the city itself.

Yonkers, NY, Evanston, IL, Santa Monica, CA, and Cambridge, MA are all good examples of Inner Suburbs

Almost always used to describe poor minorities living near a city. This doesn't actually mean they live IN a city. Plenty of people live in a city, but would never be described as "inner city."

The inner-city schools are struggling to keep up with the rest of the nation.
