Also nicknamed Biggie Smalls and Big, The Notorious B.I.G. was one of the biggest rappers (in terms of both physical size and popularity) in the industry. Biggie Smalls was killed by a gun-toting assassin in the late 90s.

CGTD stands for Could Get The Dick. A common term created by waiters at Ruths Chris Steakhouse. The origin of CGTD was to confuse the costumer while talking about the "Fine lil Shawty" that is most likely on a date with some loser that has a lot of money.
