A huge problem in a beat-em up game when you pick-up one weapon and have another in hand adn then when you try to whap someone with it than you pick up your original weapon

A phrase used to refer to anyone who has used ketamine and suffered ill effects as a consequence. Normally, this phrase is used specifically to deride someone either unconsicous or incapacitated, usually on the floor of a club or generally in someone else's way.

Can be shortened to AK.

"Don't trip over the a-hole in the k-hole!"

"Nah, don't bring Dave, he's always the AK."
