Purge Mask 

Someone who has eliminated and distorted their facial features through the use of plastic surgery to the point that they now resemble the masks often worn in The Purge horror film series. Most often occurs in those using plastic surgery as a display of opulence or wealth.

Lacey wanted to prove she had more money than everyone else so she got her face done but now she's a Purge Mask.
